I had heard (not through my friend) about the quantity and quality of the restaurants there. It sounds like a great place to live... and eat.<BR/><BR/>I visited Montreal for a few days some years ago. They have some good restaurants. Though I can't name them there was an Italian restaurant attached to the Marriott which was very good. If you like Chinese, there are plenty of restaurants and buffets in Chinatown.
