I love the fog. I have a theory that people retain a genetic memory for their ancestral home. I love fog and rain and I remembered the guys at work of Italian heritage moaning about the lack of sunshine.
I love the fog as well, but we have really ugly fog here in the valley called Tule River Fog and it's so dangerous to drive in, especially with all the idiots that don't care that you can't see or hear anything and they drive like bats out of hell!
but if I can just stay home under a warm blanket and stare out at it it's my favorite kind of weather!

I have always loved that poem. And we have been having fog every morning until quite late. I enjoy it.

One of my favorite poets!
I so do love Fog!
It is best, when I am not even able to see the neighbouring house across the street properly. :)
P.S.: I like the photograph just as much as the poem. Lovely.
I'm surrounded by trees and near a river. Watching mists and fog swirl around is quite magical. The poem sums it up well.
hmhm.... poignant ....
