Reflections

One of my co-workers returned from a trip to India, and while she was there she took this photograph. I think it is one of the most beautiful photographs I have ever seen, and I thought I would share it with you. If I had even half the talent, I would do a watercolour painting of it. I just might attempt it, in any case.

This cold still has a stranglehold on me, so I may be absent from blogging for a day or two, but I will be over to visit you very soon. Have a wonderful Labour Day Weekend. I love you all.

Cheers,

Jo

Oh my goodness, it is beautiful!

I'm so impressed that you kept up blogging while you were sick, but seriously, I hope you really do take some time away from blogging to get well. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!

Love,
Margaret

What a beautiful photograph, the colour and light is marvellous - it truly captures the country. Good luck with your watercolour if you decide to do it.

Having just got a cold myself, I can empathise. But yours sounds particularly aggressive. Take as much time as you need, we'll be here when you return. My thoughts, love and wishes for recovery are with you :)

I so agree with you - this would be a wonderful scene for a watercolor, because of the reflection of the women. Also would look great in pastel I think:)

I agree with the others - it already looks like a painting. I sure hope you paint it yourself - can't wait to see the result.

Take care of yourself. Even when you start feeling better - even then, still take care of yourself!

That photo is a work of art!!
It should be submitted to a contest with National Geographic or some other magazine. It's just exquisite.
